ROOTS MERCANTILE DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE & NON-DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 01/01/2026 and/or Upon completion of purchase

Agreement Between:

Seller: Roots Mercantile, a sole proprietorship or registered business entity ("Provider")
Buyer: Purchaser of any digital protocol, audio file, PDF, herbal guide, frequency tool, or related intellectual property from Roots Mercantile ("Customer")

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All digital and physical content produced and sold by Roots Mercantile, including but not limited to:

Protocol PDFs
Audio frequency tracks
Herbal formulations and blend protocols
Logbooks, trackers, and checklists
Infographics, written education, visual aids, and downloadable materials

...are the exclusive intellectual property of Roots Mercantile. All rights, title, and interest in and to the content remain solely with the Provider.

2. Grant of Use

Upon purchase, the Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or private professional use only.

This license permits:

Printing for personal barn use
Use within the Customer’s immediate household, farm, or clinical environment
Integration into private care routines for owned horses

This license does not permit:

Republishing any part of the content publicly or privately
Forwarding, sharing, duplicating, uploading or reselling materials
Integrating material into other programs, trainings, or courses without written permission
Posting to any public or private forum (social media, file sharing platform, groups, email lists, etc.)

3. Non-Distribution Clause

The Customer agrees to not share, disseminate, replicate, upload, or publicly publish any Roots Mercantile digital materials.

Unauthorized sharing includes but is not limited to:

Emailing files to others
Uploading PDFs or audio to any platform
Recreating, paraphrasing, or repackaging material into new products
Using materials for teaching or commercial education without licensing agreement

Violation of this clause will be treated as copyright infringement and intellectual property theft, and may result in civil litigation, including but not limited to:

Immediate termination of access and use license
A cease and desist order
Recovery of legal costs and damages

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Roots Mercantile reserves the right to monitor improper use or distribution of its materials. Digital products may contain trackable markers or metadata to prevent unauthorized sharing.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (or your applicable state/country), without regard to conflict of law principles.

6. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase through www.rootsmercantile.com or any authorized platform, the Customer acknowledges:

They have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
They agree to be held legally responsible for any violation of this Agreement.
They understand the content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
