This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for products and services purchased from Roots Mercantile, including physical items, digital downloads, frequency-based content, and event ticket sales.
1. Physical Product Refunds
Roots Mercantile accepts returns and issues refunds only under the following conditions:

The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.

The item is not a perishable good or custom-made product.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Products that do not meet the above conditions are not eligible for a refund.
2. Digital Products and Frequency Downloads
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable content, frequency tracks, and digital protocols are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted once access to a digital item has been delivered, downloaded, or made available.
3. Event Tickets and Registrations
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for workshops, seminars, or special events once the ticket purchase is completed, regardless of personal circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, or inability to attend.
Roots Mercantile reserves the right to modify event details or presenters as necessary. In the rare event that an event is canceled in its entirety by the organizer, registered attendees will be notified and provided with options for rescheduling or alternative arrangements.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [Insert Contact Email]. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s). We will review your claim and respond with next steps.
