Order Processing Time

All physical products are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will ship the following business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Please allow the carrier’s system a short time to update after receiving your tracking link.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s service schedule.
While most orders arrive promptly, unexpected carrier delays are outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Roots Mercantile is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly.
